Elayn Hunt Correctional Center is seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Coordinator 3 to provide advanced administrative support within a dynamic correctional environment in the Classification Department. This position plays a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of daily office functions, supporting departmental leadership, and maintaining accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and state requirements. Develops and maintains procedures for document imaging, oversees the imaging workflow, and keeps accurate logs of all imaged files; may serve as a lead worker for staff performing imaging functions. Prepares and processes supply requisitions, including entering purchasing information into automated systems and ensuring compliance with procurement guidelines. Provides administrative support to a manager, including managing calendars, coordinating travel, issuing directives on their behalf, and handling routine administrative matters to support efficient office operationsPosition-Specific Details:

Current permanent status classified LA State employees may be required to accept a probational appointment if accepted.
