Administrative Coordinator Roessel Joy Boston, MA Job Details Temp-to-hire | Full-time $19 - $21 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications Spanish Scanning Administrative experience Attention to detail Office experience Full Job Description A respected nonprofit organization in Boston is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Administrative Liaison to support the day-to-day operations of a residential housing program. This position is ideal for an administrative professional who is comfortable working in a mission-driven environment and interacting with individuals and families facing challenging life circumstances. Responsibilities Answer and route incoming phone calls Greet residents, visitors, and service providers in a professional and welcoming manner Monitor and document visitor and resident sign-ins/sign-outs Maintain accurate program records and electronic files Scan, organize, and file client documentation Manage incoming mail and distribute correspondence Order and track office and facility supplies Monitor access control systems and resident access records Track resident participation in program amenities and services Document curfew violations, shelter incidents, and other program-related occurrences Complete basic incident reports and escalate urgent matters as needed Assist with meal tracking and distribution documentation Support emergency procedures, including fire drills and resident accountability Provide general administrative support to program leadership Qualifications 1+ year of administrative or office support experience required Bilingual in either Spanish or Haitian Creole required Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in sensitive situations Comfortable interacting with individuals experiencing personal or family crises Proficient with Microsoft Office and general office technology Top Qualifications Administrative support experience Bilingual Spanish or Haitian Creole Empathetic, patient, and professional demeanor Additional Information Easily accessible via public transportation Opportunity to start quickly
