Administrative & Finance Support Coordinator Location:
Waltham, MA Schedule:
Onsite Monday through Thursday (4 days per week)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative & Finance Support Coordinator to provide administrative, data entry, and operational support to the team. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and documentation. Support finance-related administrative activities, including invoice tracking, expense reporting, and data reconciliation. Assist with document preparation, reporting, and general office administration. Manage and organize information using Google Workspace and Apple-based applications. Maintain data integrity across internal systems and files. Provide administrative support to cross-functional teams as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous administrative, office support, or finance support experience preferred. Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail) and Apple applications. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
