Salary:
$47,200-$53,300/year We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Lead Administrative Lab Coordinator to support a busy healthcare environment. This role is responsible for coordinating patient appointments, managing laboratory and imaging workflows, supporting front desk operations, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate complex patient appointments and lab orders Manage patient check-in and front desk operations Upload and manage outside imaging records Provide outstanding customer service to patients and staff Troubleshoot scheduling and workflow issues Assist with training, onboarding, and team support Maintain compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred Healthcare, medical office, or patient-facing administrative experience preferred Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Leadership experience is a plus This is an excellent opportunity for a healthcare professional who enjoys working with patients, supporting clinical teams, and helping drive operational excellence.
