Time About:
Ivy Street School is a small year‑round private residential special education school serving neurodiverse adolescents (13-22). We support students through a multidisciplinary, student‑first model.
Responsibilities:
Maintain digital and hard-copy student records, rosters, and guardianship/status lists Manage program calendars, templates, and daily communication logs Track IEP timelines, send quarterly IEP progress notes/report cards Audit service notes (EEC), assist with Medicaid and district billing, prepare billing reports Manage virtual resources, order supplies, handle petty cash, provide milieu coverage as needed

Qualifications:
