Jobs › Tewksbury, MA › Administrative Coordinator Robert Half Administrative Coordinator Tewksbury, MA Apply Description We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to support daily office operations for a home health environment in Tewksbury, Massachusetts. This contract opportunity with permanent potential is ideal for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. The person in this role will help keep communication, scheduling, and administrative workflows running smoothly while providing dependable support to staff and clients.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming phone calls, respond to routine inquiries, and direct messages to the appropriate team members in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate calendars, arrange appointments, and maintain accurate scheduling for staff, clients, or departmental activities.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support by preparing documents, organizing records, and assisting with general office tasks.
  • Enter, update, and verify information in internal databases and tracking systems with close attention to accuracy.
  • Support home health operations by helping maintain orderly communication and documentation processes across the team.
  • Monitor schedules and resolve conflicts proactively to ensure appointments and meetings stay on track.
  • Maintain organized files and records so information can be retrieved quickly when needed.
  • Assist with process updates or operational changes by completing related administrative tasks and keeping documentation current. Requirements
  • Previous experience in administrative support, office coordination, or a similar role.
  • Background working in home health, healthcare, or another service-oriented environment is preferred.
  • Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and communicate clearly with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Experience managing calendars, appointments, and scheduling details with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in data entry and record maintenance with a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong multitasking ability and the judgment to prioritize work effectively in a busy setting.
  • Working knowledge of standard office software and general administrative procedures.
