We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Coordinator to support daily office operations and ensure administrative processes run smoothly for our client based in Gaithersburg . The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities while providing excellent support to internal teams and external contacts.
