You are the connection point between caregivers, clients, families, and leadership. Coordinate caregiver schedules and ensure shifts are fully covered Support recruiting, onboarding, and team growth Manage key details: availability, documentation, communication flow Help leadership stay organized, proactive, and efficient Communicate with families, partners, and vendors Support community outreach and social media presence You bring structure to movement—and keep care uninterrupted. ✨
