In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring smooth daily functions and providing exceptional support to the leadership team, clients, and vendors. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help foster an efficient, welcoming environment where everyone can thrive. If you excel at multitasking, possess strong office management skills, this is the perfect opportunity for you to make a meaningful impact! We provide training and a very competitive benefits package. Duties Answer phones, greet visitors and direct them appropriately Act as a department liason to various leadership team members Review expense reports Assist with office management duties such as supply ordering, organization of files, and maintaining a clean workspace Requirements Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications Excellent computer literacy including data entry, proofreading, and document formatting skills Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
