We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join a manufacturing organization in Golden Valley, Minnesota on a Contract assignment lasting 6-8 weeks. This role will provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support to a busy global real estate and construction team managing a large portfolio of facilities. The position is well suited for someone who stays organized, communicates clearly, and can keep multiple requests moving in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with internal partners and external vendors while helping maintain project visibility, documentation, and follow-through.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate administrative activities that support ongoing real estate and construction projects across a global facilities portfolio.
  • Review and manage shared team communications, directing requests to the right contacts and ensuring timely follow-up on open items.
  • Track vendor invoices and payment-related updates, working with internal stakeholders and suppliers to help resolve outstanding issues.
  • Organize, update, and maintain project files and related records within SharePoint and other team collaboration tools.
  • Communicate with vendors and business partners regarding project documentation, status questions, and routine administrative matters.
  • Assist with project reporting, status tracking, scheduling, and documentation across several active initiatives at the same time.
  • Provide flexible day-to-day support that helps the team manage workload effectively during a period of growth and hiring.
  • Help keep meetings, action items, and project details organized so workstreams continue progressing efficiently.
