Pediatric Partners, a part of the Sevita family, provides comprehensive in-home and clinic-based therapeutic services for infants, children, and young adults. Our teams of compassionate pediatric experts help children with medically complex, developmental, behavioral, educational, or other needs learn the skills they need to thrive. We offer physical, occupational, speech-language and feeding therapy; augmentative and alternative communication; mental health counseling, applied behavior analysis, and early intervention services.
Administrative Coordinator Hourly Rate:

As an Administrative Coordinator , you'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly while supporting leaders, teams, and programs across the organization. What You'll Do In this role, you'll provide administrative and operational support across our Pediatric Partners clinics: Support leaders with scheduling, coordination, and daily administrative needs Assist with ledgers, billing support, insurance verifications, and authorizations Answer and manage incoming phone calls across all 5 clinic locations Maintain accurate records, reports, and administrative systems Coordinate office operations, including supplies, vendors, and facility needs Support meetings, trainings, and the general office workflow Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding and documentation Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external communication Provide coverage and support across administrative functions as needed What You Bring Associate's degree (or equivalent experience) 2-3 years of administrative, office, or operations support experience (required) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with payroll, billing, or reporting systems preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Clinic & Daily Operations Support Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming clinic environment Perform light daily upkeep, such as disinfecting toys and therapy equipment Assist with spot-cleaning windows, floors, and common areas as needed Work independently for portions of the day and ensure clinic operations run smoothly What You'll Love Competitive hourly pay: $22-$25/hr Mission-driven work that makes a difference Variety in your day with strong operational exposure Collaborative, team-oriented environment Additional Details Occasional travel may be required Light physical activity (lifting up to 20 lbs occasionally) Reasonable accommodations available as needed Sevita is a leading provider of home and community-based specialized health care.
