We're looking for a detail-oriented, dependable Coordinator to support our scheduling and daily operations. This is a critical role that helps our team stay efficient and our clients happy. If you're someone who: Notices the small details others miss Follows through (no dropped balls) Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment …this could be a great fit. What You'll Do Assist with daily scheduling and route management Support office operations and communication with cleaning technicians Track and log payments accurately (attention to detail is a MUST) Help ensure jobs are completed smoothly and on time Communicate with team members to solve problems quickly Step in to support when the schedule needs adjusting What We're Looking For Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong sense of ownership and accountability Reliable and consistent attendance Comfortable with computers, spreadsheets, and learning new systems Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure Strong communication skills (clear, professional, kind)

Pay:
