The salary indicated represents a base pay rate. If the individual selected or the position is eligible for a pay differential (e.g., shift, security, or years of service), it will be added to the total compensation in your paycheck. A pay differential does not raise your base pay. Responsibilities - What you'll do Coordinate schedules for training sessions, interviews, meetings, and department events, ensuring all logistics are in place. Maintain participant records, attendance logs, and compliance documentation with accuracy and attention to detail. Handle communications such as emails, reminders, announcements, calendar updates, and other routine correspondence Prepare training materials, manage supplies, support room setup, and assist with virtual session logistics. Support reporting and data tracking, including compiling information for dashboards, summaries, or compliance reviews. Manage and update content in eLearning platforms (including MOVERSLearn), upload modules, and track participant completion. Assist staff and learners with basic technical issues related to online training access, accounts, and navigation. Monitor course progress in MOVERSLearn and generate completion reports, compliance summaries, or user activity logs. Coordinate enrollment, system access, and permissions for team members Maintain documentation libraries, shared drives, and resource repositories Provide general administrative support such as calendar coordination, document preparation, forms processing, and office organization. Serve as a reliable point of contact for scheduling, information requests, and daily operational needs across the team. Assist with continuous improvement by identifying workflow efficiencies, streamlining documentation processes, and suggesting improvements Qualifications - All you need for success Minimum Qualifications:
4-6 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree and 0-2 years of relevant experience. (Substitutions may be allowed.) Experience in administrative support, operations coordination, or office management preferred. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Effective written and verbal communication skills, including professional email etiquette and customer service abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Teams, along with general office technology. Ability to learn and manage eLearning platforms, including uploading content, tracking completion, and troubleshooting user issues Experience with MOVERSLearn or a willingness to be trained on the platform. Comfort working with digital recordkeeping, data entry, and generating reports to support program tracking and compliance. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain professionalism in a fast paced environment.
