We provide training, coaching, and consulting services designed to strengthen leadership effectiveness and organizational performance. Our work is practical, research-based, and grounded in long-term client relationships. Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and service-oriented professional to support the day-to-day operations of our office and provide administrative support across the organization. This is a full-time, in-person role based in our Chapel Hill office. The position plays a critical role in keeping our team and environment running smoothly, supporting our Business Manager with basic accounting tasks, and assisting our Founder with both professional and personal administrative needs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their work, takes pride in being reliable and detail-oriented, and is comfortable balancing multiple responsibilities with professionalism and discretion. Key Responsibilities Office Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office operations and logistics
  • Answer phones and direct incoming calls appropriately
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-functioning office environment
  • Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and equipment
  • Coordinate mail, shipping, and deliveries
  • Support in-office meetings and team needs as they arise
  • Contribute to overall "team care" by helping create a positive and welcoming office environment
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute team activities such as birthday celebrations, milestone recognition, team lunches, and other small events
  • Assist Property Management with building-related needs, including: o Thermostat and temperature control coordination o Alarm and security systems o Building access systems (fob entry, elevator access, etc.) o Coordinate weekly trash and recycling roll cart pickup o Serve as a liaison for general facility-related questions or issues
  • Provide basic technical support to team members (e.
g., Outlook, Zoom, conference room setup, speakers, software updates, etc.) Accounting & Training Services Administrative Support Assist the Business Manager with basic bookkeeping tasks Support invoice processing, expense tracking, and data entry Help maintain organized financial records and documentation Provide general administrative support related to training services operations including preparing and shipping program materials as needed to support Training Services team Executive & Personal Support (Founder) Manage calendar scheduling and coordinate appointments Maintain organized files and records Assist with miscellaneous client-related and personal requests Handle ordering, errands, and logistical coordination as needed Provide proactive, detail-oriented support with a high level of discretion Qualifications 3+ years of experience in administrative, office management, or similar support role Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of professionalism, reliability, and discretion Comfortable managing multiple priorities and shifting tasks Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Experience with basic bookkeeping or accounting support preferred Ability to work independently and take initiative What We're Looking For Someone who takes ownership and follows through A steady, dependable presence for the team A problem-solver who anticipates needs and handles details proactively A team player who enjoys supporting others and contributing to a positive work environment Work Environment Full-time, in-person role in Chapel Hill, NC Standard hours: 8:00 AM
