Posting Summary Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Registrar/Admin Coordinator - LTAP (Temporary) for the The Center for Advanced Infrastructure and Transportation (CAIT). The Registrar/Admin Coordinator - LTAP (Temporary) will support clerical and event operations at The State of New Jersey's Local Technical Assistance Program (LTAP). The primary responsibility of this position is customer service. Among the key duties of the position are the following: Responds to inquiries via email or phone. Provides timely resolutions to requests or concerns. Maintains a professional and positive experience for all. Utilizes the organization's registration system (this includes processing registrations, maintaining accurate participant records, generating reports, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring data integrity across platforms). Coordinates parking for in-person class participants, and track/maintain course materials inventory.
FLSA:
Nonexempt Salary Details $20 - $25/hour Offer Information The final salary offer may be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's qualifications, experience, and expertise, and availability of department or grant funds to support the position. Temporary Staff Appointment - Hourly Minimum Education and Experience High School diploma or equivalent, and/or up to 4 years of relevant administrative experience. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Excellent communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Preferred Qualifications Experience with registration systems.
