Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support daily operational and administrative activities within our growing company. This role involves reviewing product and packaging details for accuracy, tracking vendor and procurement timelines in line with production, and ensuring materials and deliverables stay on schedule. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Review documents, product details, and packaging information for accuracy Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding timelines and deliveries Track purchase orders, shipments, and project status updates Follow up on outstanding items to ensure deadlines are met Maintain organized records, spreadsheets, and internal documentation Support operations, procurement, and administrative processes Assist with cross-functional projects and internal coordination Attend meetings and communicate updates with internal teams Identify and escalate delays or issues proactively Review and confirm quality standards of all new packaging ordered/received Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and follow-up abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated and proactive problem solver Prior administrative, procurement, or coordination experience preferred Preferred Experience Package review/design Vendor or supplier communication Procurement or purchasing support Operations or project coordination Experience in manufacturing, packaging, food, or consumer goods industries is a plus
Pay:
From $22.00 per hour
