Pay Transparency:
The above reflects the anticipated hourly wage range for this position if hired to work in New Jersey. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.
Job Overview:
Performs all patient related clerical duties necessary to assist the health care team to provide patient care. Acts as a liaison between patients and clinical team. This includes but is not limited to maintaining physician schedule, typing, scanning, telephone triage, and other clerical functions relating to patient care. Coordinates activities and responds to administrative needs of the Medical Director as well as various special projects that may be assigned by the leadership staff of the Cancer Center. This may include such things as scheduling meetings, taking and filing minutes, managing other senior medical affairs document and coordinating physician schedules for administrative purposes.
Qualifications:
Required:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Healthcare Experience Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Office, Excel, Word & PowerPoint) Successful completion of orientation programs

Monday-Friday, 9:00AM-5:00PM Days Shift Full-Time, 37.5
