Right at Home is Hiring an Administrative & Recruiting Coordinator! We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys recruiting, employee support, and keeping operations running smoothly! Right at Home is seeking an Administrative & Recruiting Coordinator to support our growing home care team. This role combines recruiting, onboarding, compliance tracking, employee engagement, and administrative coordination to ensure we attract, hire, and retain exceptional caregivers while maintaining an organized and compliant office environment. This is an in-person position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. If you're passionate about people, compliance, and creating a positive employee experience, we'd love to hear from you! Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Support the recruiting process for caregivers and office staff from sourcing through onboarding. Source candidates through job boards, referrals, community outreach, and other recruiting channels. Screen applicants, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate hiring manager interviews. Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and assist hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to support ongoing staffing needs Onboarding & Compliance Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation. Collect and verify all required employment documentation. Track background checks, certifications, licenses, training, and other compliance requirements. Maintain accurate employee records in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Assist with audits and ensure employee files remain current and compliant. Employee Engagement & Retention Assist caregivers and employees regarding onboarding, benefits, and general employment questions. Conduct employee check-ins and engagement calls to support retention efforts. Assist with recognition programs, employee appreciation initiatives, and office culture activities. Escalate employee concerns to appropriate leadership team members for resolution. Administrative Support Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide professional office support. Maintain applicant tracking systems, employee databases, and personnel records. Prepare reports related to recruiting, hiring, turnover, and staffing metrics. Assist leadership with scheduling interviews, meetings, and training sessions. Support daily office operations and special projects as assigned. Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, staffing, office administration, or a related field. Home care, healthcare, or staffing industry experience preferred. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of employment documentation, onboarding, and compliance requirements preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking or HR software. Professional, customer-service-oriented attitude with strong problem-solving skills. Education High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required) Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
