Schedule:
Per Diem, 8-hour shift, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. with occasional evening or weekend hours as needed. Responsibilities Coordinate and obtain prior authorizations for Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) placements with insurance providers Arrange and schedule patient transportation Monitor authorization and transportation status; escalate time‑sensitive issues as needed Communicate with clinical teams, SNFs, payers, and transportation vendors to support timely discharges Answer and route incoming calls; provide accurate information as appropriate Organize and maintain patient records and authorization documentation in compliance with HIPAA Assist with Kronos/timecards and general administrative support Manage mail, deliveries, and office supplies Train new team members perform other duties as assigned Required Qualifications N/A Preferred Qualifications Five (5) years of administrative office experience in healthcare preferred Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong organizational and problem-solving skills High level of proficiency with PC, software applications and reporting tools
