Job Description:
A well-established organization is seeking an Administrative Support Coordinator to assist with high-volume operational and records-related work. This role supports internal teams by ensuring information is accurately maintained, documentation is processed efficiently, and routine administrative workflows are completed in a timely manner. This position is best suited for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with structured processes, and able to manage a steady flow of information with accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update internal records and system data with a high degree of accuracy Review incoming information for completeness and consistency Process routine documentation and support internal workflow steps Assist with general administrative coordination and recordkeeping tasks Support data quality checks and resolve basic discrepancies Respond to internal requests for information and documentation support Assist with reporting and tracking activities as needed Provide general support to internal operational teams
Qualifications:
2+ years of administrative, office support, or data-focused experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling information Ability to manage confidential or sensitive data appropriately Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a structured, deadline-driven environment
