Administrative Growth Coordinator Open 6/20/26 This is a very well known financial service company that has a national footprint. Over the years they have created a very positive, successful collaborative environment where associates have opportunities for growth. This is an administrative position that requires solid computer and experience utilizing a client relationship management (CRM) system including common workflows such as lead handling, discovery scheduling, proposal coordination, and onboarding handoff of new clients. They want someone who has a college degree coupled with 3-5 years experience providing outstanding client service. Responsibilities will include monitoring all active leads (inbound and outbound), prospects, referral relationships, and opportunities to ensure each has a current status, defined owner, and documented next step. Prepare pipeline review materials including dashboards for the Senior Vice President of Business Development and Growth Team leadership. Assist with planning and execution of growth campaigns, events, seminars, and referral-development initiatives; document outcomes and conversion activity in the CRM. Support leadership reporting by maintaining accurate metrics tied to growth goals, team accountability, and business development effectiveness. The firm is offering a comprehensive package of benefits and a starting salary from $60K to $75K depending on years of experience and skills with a CRM system.
