Job Description

Enjoy helping others? Great at organization? This role is a supervisory position in a organization that provides care to individuals with developmental disabilities in waiver settings.
Duties include:
Scheduling Billing and mileage review Tracking DSP attendance Site Maintenance Weekly Site reviews Weekly check of: Financials, Meds, Food/Supplies, Documentation, maintenance issues, etc. Financials monthly Review, collect, handle corrections, follow up, submission to office coordinator etc.. Weekly review of HPC documentation Correction of all logs, forms, and documents Coordination all paperwork getting to the office including regular documentation, All in-services returning to office Ensure compliance with OJT and any other site training requirements Staff meetings Shopping for clients Medical appointments Coverage for appointments Make any appointments that may have gotten missed Employee issues 1st step Orientation and interviews On Call duties including shift coverage
