Our Administrative Coordinator / Front Desk is responsible for front desk coverage, office management, event planning and coordination, and retention/sales support.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversees all front desk responsibilities. This includes greeting guests, helping with carrier meetings, answer/transfer calls, handling all incoming and outgoing mail, and general employee questions. Helps with general maintenance of the office. This includes kitchen management, food and office supply inventory collection, preparing coffee, troubleshooting equipment/copiers, helping with vendor management, manage break/vacation schedule and new hire preparation. Coordination of all Cincinnati / Fort Mitchell office events including lunches, team gatherings, and MB Gives Back volunteer opportunities. Helps with general administrative, sales, and retention team support. Miscellaneous support help (toys for toy closet, new hire pictures, technical support)QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of general administrative experience required. Demonstrates strong initiative and is a self-starter. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Windows software applications. Ability to learn skills on Salesforce and other computer programs. Event coordination experience preferred. High School diploma required. Valid Driver's License required.Similar remote jobs
