Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Store Operations Administrator to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our store's daily operations, ensuring smooth administrative functions and excellent customer support. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help keep our store running efficiently, providing a positive experience for both team members and customers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management skills while contributing to a vibrant retail environment. Responsibilities Manage desk operations, including greeting visitors and directing inquiries with professional etiquette Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently, transferring calls and taking detailed messages as needed Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and bookkeeping using inventory management system and other office software Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, scheduling and confirming deliveries. Assist with clerical duties including proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and ensuring timely follow-up Take customer payments, apply them appropriately to the customer's accounts, assist with financing options, and ensure full payment prior to delivery of items Serve as first point of contact for customer concerns, warranty and repair questions Oversee office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement to ensure smooth daily operations Provide warehouse specialists with proper paperwork and information to keep inventory updated Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, both in person and via phone or email Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other tools for effective document creation and communication Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent computer literacy including familiarity with office management software and multi-line phone systems Proven experience managing details Effective typing/data entry skills coupled with proofreading capabilities for accurate documentation Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence and professional phone etiquette
  • Hours of operation are M-F 10 am
  • 6pm, Sat 10 am
  • 5 pm, Sun 12pm
  • 5 pm.
Weekend hours are required.
Pay:
$17.00
