Administrative Manager Sidney, Ohio | SEMCORP Manufacturing USA LLC Position Summary SEMCORP Manufacturing USA LLC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and support the growth of our U.S. manufacturing facility. This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless office operations while also supporting international employees (expats) with relocation, housing, and onboarding needs in a fast-paced, global manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Administrative Operations & Office Management Lead and manage day-to-day administrative functions across the facility Develop, implement, and improve administrative policies and procedures Oversee office operations, supplies, vendor coordination, and facility services Ensure a professional, organized, and efficient work environment Expat & Relocation Support (Critical Function) Coordinate and manage airport pickups for international employees and visitors Oversee housing arrangements , including short-term and long-term accommodations Serve as the primary point of contact for expatriate employees , supporting relocation, onboarding, and ongoing needs Assist expats with local integration (transportation, banking, community resources, etc.) Partner with HR on visa-related coordination and onboarding logistics Leadership & Team Oversight Supervise and support administrative staff (reception, admin assistants, etc.) Provide coaching, training, and performance management Establish workflows and ensure accountability across administrative functions Executive & Cross-Functional Support Support senior leadership with scheduling, reporting, and communication Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and company events Act as a liaison between departments including HR, Finance, and Operations Budgeting & Vendor Management Manage administrative budgets and monitor expenses Partner with vendors and service providers; negotiate contracts when needed Ensure cost-effective procurement of office and operational resources Compliance & Documentation Maintain company records, contracts, and documentation systems Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements Support audits, reporting, and internal controls as needed Project & Process Management Lead or support site-wide administrative and operational projects Identify opportunities for efficiency and continuous improvement Assist with onboarding processes and site setup initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred 5+ years of administrative or office management experience, preferably in manufacturing 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience Experience supporting expatriates (expats) and international workforce needs required Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English strongly preferred Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth or startup environment preferred Why Join SEMCORP?
