We are seeking a motivated entry-level Administrative Assistant / Office Coordinator who is eager to learn and grow. This role includes paid, hands-on training and clear opportunities for pay increases as skills develop.

What You Will Learn & Do:
With structured training, responsibilities will include: Answering phones using a professional greeting Assisting customers via phone and email Dispatching messages to delivery drivers Data entry and maintaining office records Preparing and sending weekly billing Assisting with accounts receivable tracking Processing daily deposits Maintaining Excel spreadsheets and office files Helping manage office supply inventory Training is structured and paced — no advanced experience required.
Pay & Growth Structure:
$15/hour starting pay during paid training Progression to $16/hour as skills and responsibilities increase Opportunity to earn $17/hour with continued growth and performance
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM Wednesday 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM 1-hour lunch break No evenings or weekends
Qualifications:
Dependable and punctual Willing to learn and follow procedures Basic computer skills Comfortable learning Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Strong communication skills Attention to detail and professionalism
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent Customer service, retail, or office experience preferred but not required
Pay:
$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
