Position Introduction:
Stephenson Cancer Center is hiring two temporary employees for the summer.
Job duties:
Oversees records maintenance, to include but not limited to inventory, personnel, and office files. Maintains office files that may be of a confidential nature. Schedules various appointments for office personnel and ensures administrative details are completed. Serves as a contact person for other employees or the outside public. Reviews and responds to routine correspondence for the office personnel. Assists with scanning and uploading confidential paperwork. Performs various duties as needed to successfully fulfill the function of the position
Required Education and Experience:
Required:
High School Diploma or GED. 12 months office, clerical or administrative experience
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Working knowledge of office procedures. Working knowledge of accounting processes. Ability to use a computer and calculator. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word) Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work as a team member. Ability to complete tasks in an efficient and timely manner. Must be detail oriented. Ability to multitask, be organized, and self-motivated Ability to communicate verbally and in writing. Basic math skills. Hiring Contingent Upon a
