June 16, 2026 Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills? Blachly-Lane Electric Cooperative is hiring an Administrative & Communications Coordinator, a key role supporting our Board of Directors, the leadership team, and organizational communications. This position helps keep our cooperative running smoothly while ensuring clear, timely communication with members, directors, employees, and the community. What We Offer

  • Support the Board of Directors, the General Manager, and the Management Team with meeting materials, logistics, and minutes.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and organizational activities, including cooperative outreach efforts.
  • Provide administrative support, including document preparation, file management, and records maintenance for the organization.
  • Assist with communications, including website updates, social media, and outage messaging. What You Bring
  • Associate degree in business, communications, or related field preferred.
  • Three years of administrative, coordination, or communications experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an affinity for clear messaging.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other common software, and a high level of comfort with technology.
