We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team and act as a point of contact for employees and vendors! This role offers training and career growth! We are seeking highly motivated and professional individuals to join our team! In this role you will be working with clients and vendors, while maintaining professional working relationships.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a primary point of contact for vendors and clients, providing prompt and professional support Review and process work orders, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete Negotiate pricing with vendors to ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality Monitor deadlines and follow up to ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks Prepare, maintain, and update spreadsheets and reports to support team operations and decision-making
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset
