Schedule:
Monday through Friday, some Nights and Saturdays.
Reports to: Senior Director of Programs or Executive Director in the absence of the Senior Director.
Salary range: $55,000-$60,000 annually, full-time, plus related benefits. Essential Functions The Education Administrative Supervisor provides leadership and administrative oversight to ACLAMO's educational programs, including Summer Bridge, Teen Club, Mentoring Program, ESL, Citizenship Classes, Digital Navigation, and
ADELANTE.
This role balances administrative management with educational program supervision, ensuring smooth operations, staff coordination, and strong partnerships with schools and community organizations. The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive supervisor with experience in educational administration and team leadership. Key Responsibilities Administrative Leadership and Supervision- Provide direct supervision and administrative support to all Education Department staff, overseeing daily operations and workflow.
Coordinate recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes for education team members.
Conduct regular supervisory meetings and staff check-ins to review progress, address challenges, and support staff development.
Oversee scheduling, documentation, and compliance with program policies and procedures.
Supervise activity clubs and student enrichment initiatives, ensuring adherence to program objectives. Other duties as assigned Program Coordination & Support
Ensure educational programs operate efficiently and meet ACLAMO's standards and goals.
Support staff in delivering lessons and academic activities by managing resources, calendars, and logistics.
Oversee the administration and tracking of student assessments and interventions.
Collaborate with education staff to identify students in need of additional academic support and help coordinate tutoring or other services. Prepare and submit reports on program performance and partnership outcomes. Student and Family Engagement Support Work alongside the Student Success Coach and Community Liaison to coordinate family outreach and support services.
Monitor follow-up on student progress and assist in adjusting support strategies as needed.
Help foster positive relationships between families, schools, and ACLAMO education programs. Reporting and Compliance Maintain detailed records on program activities, attendance, and outcomes.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual administrative and performance reports.
Ensure compliance with ACLAMO policies, funder requirements, and regulatory standards.
Communicate regularly with the Senior Director of Programs regarding operational issues and successes. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education, Administration, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in education administration or supervisory roles.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management tools.

Required working days are Monday through Friday, with occasional nights and weekends. Special Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
