Applicants without prior home care or home health care office experience will not be considered. Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule home care appointments efficiently, balancing client needs and caregiver availability Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals, providing clear and timely communication Maintain accurate and comprehensive client records, including service plans, progress notes, and billing information Assist with onboarding new clients and caregivers by completing necessary documentation and orientation procedures Monitor service delivery to ensure quality standards are met and address any issues promptly Collaborate with team members to optimize scheduling workflows and improve overall service efficiency Support administrative tasks such as answering phone inquiries, managing emails, and processing paperwork with professionalism and enthusiasm Qualifications Prior experience in home care administration or healthcare coordination is required Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with clients, caregivers, and healthcare providers Proficiency in using scheduling software, electronic health records (EHR), and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving Experience with care giver scheduling and coordination required Experience using EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) System is required Join us in delivering compassionate home care services while advancing your career in a vibrant setting.
