We are seeking a dependable, organized, and service-oriented Administrative Assistant/Housing Coordinator to support our housing operations and resident services. Position Summary The Administrative Assistant/Housing Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for residents, prospective residents, contractors, and referral partners. This role combines administrative support, resident relations, property oversight, and light housekeeping responsibilities to ensure our homes operate smoothly and professionally. Responsibilities Resident Relations Conduct tours for prospective residents Welcome new residents and explain house rules Assist with resident onboarding and bed assignments Enforce house policies and report violations to management Issue resident warnings and notices as directed Administrative Support Answer business phone calls and emails Maintain relationships with referral sources Assist in filling vacancies Collect and distribute mail and packages Prepare and submit weekly reports to management Property Coordination Meet maintenance vendors and contractors on-site Monitor common-area security cameras Track and report maintenance needs Maintain inventory of household supplies Order and restock supplies as needed Housekeeping & Property Care Clean and prepare vacant bed spaces for new residents Replace linens and towels as needed Ensure common areas and bathrooms remain presentable Coordinate lawn care and exterior upkeep Assist with seasonal property maintenance Qualifications Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong communication and organizational skills Dependable and self-motivated Comfortable working independently Patient, professional, and solution-oriented Basic computer and smartphone proficiency Preferred Qualifications Veteran or military spouse Property management experience Housing, social services, hospitality, or nonprofit experience Experience working with veterans Compensation Approximately 20 hours per week Compensation based on occupancy $100 per occupied bed per month Flexible schedule Ideal Candidate This position is ideal for a retired veteran, military spouse, property management professional, administrative assistant, or community-focused individual looking for meaningful part-time work supporting veterans and shared housing residents.
