Administrative Office Coordinator Location:
Radnor, PA Pay:
$20 per hour
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30
PM Summary:
The Administrative Office Coordinator is an exciting and pivotal role in managing the dynamic administrative operations of our Radnor site. This position serves as the friendly first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing essential administrative support to our psychiatric staff and helping ensure the smooth, day-to-day functioning of office activities.
Responsibilities:
Oversee administrative operations and perform receptionist duties for clients and visitors Support psychiatric staff with administrative tasks, including preparing charts and collecting copays Schedule appointments and manage medical record requests Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical and administrative records Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and operational Manage office supply purchases, petty cash, and weekly bank deposits Perform additional duties as needed to support overall office operations
Required Skills:
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Ability to work collaboratively with clinical and psychiatric staff Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle challenging phone calls professionally Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Education Requirement:
High school diploma or equivalent required
