Shift TBD with Supervisor Join Our Team at QPCS! Quality Patient Centered Services (QPCS) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Administrative Entity (AE) Oversight Monitor Lead•
ADVANCED
to support oversight and quality initiatives within the Department of Human Services. This position plays a key leadership role in monitoring provider compliance, reviewing data trends, supporting program initiatives, and ensuring high-quality services for individuals receiving support. Position Responsibilities Monitor and track consumer issues, serious incidents, and licensing concerns Review and analyze AE and provider data to determine the need for sanctions or corrective actions Ensure seamless transitions when providers voluntarily discontinue services Assist with management of program initiatives, including: Waiting List initiatives Money Follows the Person Collaborate with fiscal staff on development and implementation of the annual County Planning process Review and approve responses to correspondence from consumers, families, legislators, and community stakeholders Maintain accurate records and reports using Microsoft Office and web-based systems Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field Minimum of five (5) years of related experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels Intermediate computer proficiency, including: Microsoft Office Suite Email and database systems Web-based applications Why Work for QPCS?
