We specialize in educational services for special needs, including speech therapy, Special Instruction, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Behavior Services, offering therapies and sessions for a wide range of developmental delays, including Autism. Our goal is to help children reach their developmental milestones. Description About Kidology Kidology, Inc. provides pediatric therapy services including speech, occupational, physical, and behavioral therapy. Our mission is to support children and families in achieving developmental milestones through compassionate care and professional expertise. Position Summary The Administrative Coordinator provides essential administrative support to ensure smooth daily office operations. This role requires a highly organized, dependable individual with strong communication skills and flexibility to support coverage for staff or office functions as needed . Responsibilities Provide general administrative support for office staff and leadership Assist families and staff inquiries Organize and manage office files, records, and documentation Assist with data entry, reporting, and document preparation Monitor and order office supplies Provide coverage and support for staff or office functions as needed Support projects and daily operational tasks Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive office environment Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred 1+ year of administrative or office support experience (healthcare or therapy office experience a plus) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Flexible, reliable, and adaptable to office needs Benefits Competitive pay Paid time off Health insurance options Professional development and training opportunities Supportive and collaborative work environment Salary $17.5 - $21 per hour
