Job Description

Suburban Ramsey Family Collaborative (SRFC)Administrative Co-Lead Contractor Part-Time Contract Position | Up to 10 Hours per Week The Suburban Ramsey Family Collaborative (SRFC) is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative Administrative Co-Lead Contractor to assist with coordination, communication, and operational support for collaborative initiatives serving children, youth, and families across Suburban Ramsey County. SRFC brings together schools, community organizations, county partners, and service providers to strengthen connections and improve access to supports for families. This role supports the day-to-day administrative functions that help collaborative work move forward smoothly — the kind of behind-the-scenes role that keeps meetings organized, communication flowing, and details taken care of. Position Responsibilities The Administrative Co-Lead Contractor will provide administrative support services including: Coordination and communication with vendors, payees, and collaborative partners Preparation and distribution of reminder emails and communications Contract drafting and document management support Collection, organization, and tracking of reporting data Meeting preparation, note-taking, and follow-up for Joint Powers Board and Basic Needs Practitioner meetings General administrative and organizational support related to SRFC initiatives Other mutually agreed-upon administrative support tasks Desired Qualifications Ideal candidates will demonstrate: Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written communication and attention to detail Experience supporting meetings, scheduling, and document coordination Ability to manage multiple tasks independently Comfort working collaboratively with schools, nonprofits, and community partners Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace Experience with nonprofit, education, public sector, or collaborative work preferred Position Details Contract Position Up to 10 hours per week $25.00/hour Contract term: July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027 Hybrid/remote work flexibility is available depending on meeting needs To Apply Please submit: Brief letter of interest Resume Contact information for two references Applications may be emailed to: Jessie Everts, PhD, LMFT, Executive Director, Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until the position is filled.
