What You'll Do As an Administrative Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Customer Care operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day processes. Process incoming/outgoing mail, payments, and auto-pay authorizations Review and handle sensitive documentation (bankruptcy notices, death certificates, financial updates, etc.) Support accurate account reconciliation and assist with payment posting research Manage front office responsibilities, including greeting visitors and handling deliveries Partner with Customer Care and Client Support teams to resolve customer inquiries, disputes, and refund requests Respond to customer communications through mail and online channels using approved templates Maintain and organize documentation (physical and electronic) in compliance with retention policies Assist with audits, data entry, reporting, and account maintenance projects Contribute to process improvements, templates, and procedural documentation What You BringRequired Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in an administrative, office, or support role Strong computer proficiency, including typing accuracy and navigating multiple systems Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Preferred Knowledge of HIPAA and/or financial privacy regulations What Makes You Successful Ability to quickly learn new systems and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Strong understanding of office operations and administrative workflows Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to professionalism and follow-through Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities Adaptable and flexible in a fast-changing environment Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across teams Additional Requirements Ability to read cursive handwriting Ability to lift up to 20 pounds Why Join Our Company? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00
