2-3 months, potential to extend About our client: Addison Group is partnering with a growing organization in the real estate space that is building out a new, lean team focused on land and property initiatives. This team operates in a highly collaborative, creative, and fast-moving environment and is looking for someone to support foundational operational efforts.
Job Description:
We are hiring an Administrative & Data Coordinator for a short-term contract opportunity supporting a newly established team. This role will focus on organizing large volumes of data, improving file systems, and conducting research related to property assets. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a less structured, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sort through and organize high volumes of documents and property-related information Build and maintain structured file systems within Google Drive Create clear naming conventions and indexing systems for easy data retrieval Conduct research on land parcels and real estate data Support presentation creation and general administrative tasks Assist in developing workflows and processes for a growing team Ensure accuracy and consistency across all organized data
Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in administrative, operations, or data-related roles Strong proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Drive and Sheets Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity Strong research and problem-solving capabilities Comfortable managing large datasets and document-heavy workflows Experience in real estate, legal, audit, or similar environments is a plus

Contract length: 2-3 months with potential for extension
