You are… Our future Administrative Coordinator will possess the following qualifications and qualities - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field. 5+ years of experience in accounting firm or office management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, OneNote, and Teams. Experience with QuickBooks, including data entry and basic accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions. Unwavering integrity, personal accountability, and respect for confidentiality. Self-motivated with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. The job… As a member of B.A. Harris, you will - Oversee front desk operations, supporting front-office staff to ensure consistent coverage and exceptional client service. Manage a high-volume, multi-line phone system, communicating clearly and professionally with clients, vendors, and internal staff. Maintain accurate and organized digital records, including financial documents, invoices, and other confidential information. Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks and handle basic office bookkeeping responsibilities. Manage daily accounting operations, including AP and AR processes.
AP:
Process vendor invoices, verify approvals, and oversee weekly payment cycles.
AR:
Prepare and distribute client billings, post incoming payments, issue month-end statements, and monitor the Accounts Receivable Aging Report to ensure timely collections. Support team members with special projects, research, and client communications as needed. Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and openly communicate your goals and development needs.
