Daily Tasks:
Answer multi line phone system and handle several calls at one time
Answer phones professionally and transfer to appropriate team members
Greet walk-in customers
Incoming / outgoing mail
Scheduling appointment for national vendors
Manage multiple email inboxes and coorespond in a timely manner
LIght Data entry
Essential Skills:
Strong customer service skills
Ability to communicate clearly, utilizing proper grammar and telephone etiquette
Efficient Data entry and information review
Technology Savvy
Working knowledge of basic computer programs, internet and email programs
Knowledgeable with google maps
10 Key and basic math
Type 35 wpm

PLEASE NOTE
Interviews can be done in steps: written, zoom and/or on site testing. To be considered, you should reply with your resume, a current typing test. You also must have access to a computer or smart phone with zoom availability, microphone and video for the interview process if applicable. This is a part time to full time position within 3-6 months (must be able to transition into a full time schedule) Hybrid position (in office/remote) available to right person after training is completed.
