CRC Full Job Description Position Summary:
This role coordinates organizational administrative tasks in the areas of board management, finance, operations, and programs and will work closely with the CEO and Director of Programs & Operations in supporting CRC programs and mission. This non-exempt part-time role with an anticipated end date of December 31, 2026. The position reports to the CEO. The hybrid position will be at least one day a week at the Denver office headquarters.Essential Responsibilities:
Board Administrative Support Coordinate with the CEO to maintain clean Board records and meeting minutes. Ensure clear organization of the Board SharePoint site and support with monthly board packet compilation. Attend all committee meetings, take notes, and ensure all documents are stored in proper location. Cross-Organizational Program Support Attend and support with scheduling program planning meetings. Set up calendar invites, provide tech support, take notes, and send meeting follow-up communications as needed. Maintain the CRC main calendar and ensure organizational coordination around closure dates, OOO time, and program events and trainings. Provide day-of-program support as needed for training and events by providing tech support and managing day-of-logistics. Operational Administration Open, sort, and scan mail in Denver office and correspond with staff about incoming mail. Send outgoing mail from Denver office as needed. Coordinate with Fund Development team to ensure all grant documents are saved accordingly and support with funder acknowledgements. Coordinate with IT vendor to perform regular maintenance and configure equipment. Maintain Office Supply Inventory for office supplies. Meeting set-up at the office as needed for programs. Complete an annual technology inventory. Monitor organizational email inboxes. Support orientation for new team members through technology set up, and scheduling needed orientation calls.Other Responsibilities:

Participation in CRC all-staff in-person and online events Colorado residency Provide proof of legal ability to work in the United State of America Provide two references Ability to work remotely with reliable Internet service and a reasonable remote workspace to conduct business calls Access to reliable transportation to travel to Denver Headquarters and business eventsSkills Required:
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Proficient with O365 (Teams, SharePoint, Excel) and Adobe Familiarity with CRMs (Boomerang familiarity is a plus) Extremely high level of detail and ability to provide accurate and timely information Qualification Requirements - Educations and/or Equivalent Experience 1+ years' experience working in office administration or similar role 1+ years' experience working with diverse communitiesWork Location, Schedule, and Environment:
Hybrid Denver Headquarters once a week and remote work Provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States and complete required employment eligibility verification documentation (Form I-9) Flexibility and capacity to work in a fast paced, fluid, changing work environment Administrative tasks will require work in a home office or office setting. Working on a computer for multiple hours at a time, sitting or standing. Bending, twisting, and lifting associated with event site setup. Indoor/outdoor work with varying temperatures and noise levels at large events.Compensation & Benefits Hourly Pay:
$22 - $24 Bi-weekly pay periodsBenefits:
Health Time (.0346 part-time accrual rate), 13 CRC Holidays (4 hours each holiday), $9.24 bi-weekly reimbursement for internet/phone.EEO Statement:
