Job Title:
Services Coordinator Job Description This role is pivotal in assisting with document management, workflow coordination, and administrative processes related to faculty lifecycle activities. The ideal candidate will excel in organizing documentation and navigating structured processes and policies. Experience in HR Administration, Healthcare or Patient Management systems, Academic Administration, or other compliance-driven environments is highly desirable. Responsibilities Maintain and update internal databases, shared drives, and document management systems. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology and standardized processes. Assist in streamlining administrative workflows and improving internal processes related to faculty affairs operations. Essential Skills Experience in HR administration or academic administration. Higher education experience. Proficiency in technology, document management, and process improvement. Additional Skills & Qualifications Process improvement and workflow organization. Document management. Policy interpretation and administrative compliance. Strong organizational and communication skills. Work Environment The position offers a hybrid schedule from 8:30 am to 5 pm, with three days onsite and two days remote. The work environment supports a balance of collaborative in-office work and remote flexibility. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of New Haven, CT. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $36.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
