Required in office 3 days/week Position Summary The Corporate Administrative, Licensing & Travel Coordinator is responsible for supporting company operations across three critical areas: professional licensing compliance, corporate administrative functions, and travel coordination for forensic consultants. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Licensing & Compliance (East and Central Region) Maintain and track all professional licenses, certifications, and registrations across multiple jurisdictions Manage the full lifecycle of licensing, including applications, renewals, reciprocity, and reinstatements Coordinate with staff to obtain documentation, continuing education credits, and application materials Maintain a centralized licensing database and provide reporting on status, expirations, and risks Assist with corporate registrations and certificates of authorization Travel Coordination (East and Central Region) Coordinate and book all travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, rental cars, and ground transportation Manage last-minute travel changes driven by site inspections, depositions, and litigation schedules Optimize travel logistics for cost, efficiency, and proximity to project sites or legal venues Maintain a centralized travel calendar and provide visibility into team schedules Corporate Administrative Support Provide general administrative support to leadership and operations teams Coordinate telephone communications, including routing calls, taking messages, and ensuring timely follow-up Manage office supplies inventory, including ordering and tracking Assist with onboarding of new hires, including licensing and administrative setup Assist marketing, operations, and finance teams with administrative and project-related tasks Perform additional administrative duties as needed to support overall business operations Qualifications 3+ years of experience in administrative support, licensing/compliance, or travel coordination Experience in professional services, consulting, engineering, construction, or legal environments preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities High attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel preferred) and database systems Strong communication skills and ability to interact with technical staff and leadership Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretionJob Type:
