Supports the Dallas offices immigration practice with client intake and communications, EOIR Dallas Immigration Court filings and scheduling, and day-to-day financial tasks (retainer/fee intake, payment posting, AR follow-up, and basic trust/operating ledger reconciliation). Interfaces with attorneys, clients, and vendors, ensuring accurate case data in our CMS and timely billing support. Responsible for client intake, triage, and appointment scheduling. Maintains CRM/CMS records. Prepares/files EOIR Dallas forms, exhibits, cover sheets; updates hearing calendars; and coordinates interpreters. Collects retainers, issues receipts, posts payments, reconciles daily deposits, and prepares AR aging lists for attorney review. Tracks cost advances (mailing, interpreters, experts) and reconcile monthly. Answers client inquiries (phone/email/WhatsApp), provides case-status updates per attorney guidance. Generates weekly case and AR dashboards; flags delinquencies and upcoming deadlines.
