This role ensures the office runs efficiently and assists with sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities. The candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing both administrative responsibilities and foundational HR tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities Office Administration:
Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and organization Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and luncheons Order, track, and maintain office supplies and equipment Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries Support management with reports, and administrative projects Assist business units with special requests and projects Coordinate office maintenance, facility requests, and Datawatch system management Monitor and reconcile office-related expenses, including supplies, meals, and wellness initiatives
Recruiting & HR Support:
Post job openings on platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor Review and screen resumes; organize candidate pipelines Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics, including candidate travel when needed Communicate with candidates regarding interview status Maintain accurate recruitment records and tracking systems Assist with new hire onboarding, paperwork, and orientation coordination Coordinate background and reference checks as required Support HR with employee documentation and compliance tracking
Qualifications :
Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred; High School diploma required 1-3 years administrative or office support experience Knowledge of recruiting and HR processes Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong communication and time-management skills
Location:
Corporate Office(Elkridge, MD) with partial remote (home office)
Schedule:
Part-time, 24 hours per week
Tuesday & Wednesday:
Full day -
Corporate Office Thursday & Friday:
Half day -
