In this vital role, you will serve as the backbone of our Human Resources and compliance department. Your proactive approach and strong organizational skills will help create an energized and productive work environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the team to ensure human resources requirements are being met.
Job duties:
  • Efficiently transcribe documents and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.
  • Manage and update orders in the system as needed.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Assist in calendar management for executive and team members.
  • Maintain organized files and documentation both physically and digitally.
  • Provide support in organizing office operations and procedures.
  • Utilize database systems
  • Support inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Assist in staff meeting planning and coordination when necessary.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • Proficient in transcribing documents accurately.
  • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Experience with entry processes is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a office setting is advantageous.
  • Strong customer support skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to assist in event planning logistics effectively.
