Company Overview:
Parimer Scientific is a small pharmaceutical contract development & manufacturing organization ( CDMO ) of less than 10 scientists. Clients contract Parimer to develop their biotechnology and support clinical trials. It is a growing independently owned company. To keep up with the growth, Parimer is hiring an administratively inclined individual to maintain organization and process efficiency
Job Summary:
This position will support a scientific Project Manager in the day-to-day coordination of project activities. The role will likely work closely with both a project team and the Quality Assurance department to ensure smooth operations, compliance, and efficiency. This position offers broad exposure to small business operations and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Broadly assist a Scientific Project Manager with email communications, reports, updates, administrative paperwork, purchasing, receiving, budgets, and eventually project proposals. Additionally work with the Quality Assurance team to ensure documentation and compliance is maintained. Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly for client-facing interactions and professional reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook) Preferred Qualifications Any college level organic chemistry exposure would be helpful Any prior experience in a lab or as an admin to a lab would be helpful Any prior experience with ISO 9001 or FDA regulated companies would be helpful
