Administrative Coordinator (Entry-Level) Medical Services of America, Inc. - Lexington, SC Medical Services of America, Inc. is seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an entry-level Coordinator in our Lexington, SC office. This role is ideal for someone looking to begin or build a career in healthcare recruiting or human resources. You'll gain hands-on experience supporting the full hiring process while working closely with an experienced team.
What You'll Do:
Support hiring managers with basic recruitment coordination Assist with reviewing resumes and identifying potential candidates Conduct initial phone screens using provided guidelines Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the process Help maintain applicant tracking systems and keep records up to date Attend occasional local hiring events and job fairs as a company representative Learn and assist with tracking recruiting activity and basic hiring metrics
What We're Looking For:
Interest in recruiting, HR, or healthcare (prior experience not required) Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable using email, job boards, and basic computer systems Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
