Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Day Services Coordinator to lead and oversee day program activities for individuals with developmental disabilities. In this vital role, you will coordinate daily schedules, foster meaningful relationships, and ensure a safe, engaging environment that promotes independence and community integration. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and evaluate engaging day programs tailored to the needs and interests of individuals with developmental disabilities Supervise staff members, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality service delivery Manage program budgets, resources, and supplies to optimize operational efficiency Build strong relationships with participants, families, community partners, and service providers to enhance support networks Oversee administrative tasks including documentation, progress notes, and compliance with regulatory standards Coordinate behavioral health interventions and support plans to promote positive behaviors and emotional well-being Lead team meetings, conduct performance evaluations, and foster a collaborative work environment that encourages professional growth Requirements Proven management experience in program or team supervision Prior administrative experience including budgeting, documentation, and compliance tracking Join us in creating an empowering environment where every individual's potential is celebrated!
