Temporary Administrative Coordinator KBMD & Associates Nashville, TN Job Details Part-time $20 an hour 18 hours ago Qualifications Writing skills Zoom Administrative experience Attention to detail Clerical experience Full Job Description Job Overview We are seeking a temporary Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative, clerical, and meeting support for approximately 3-4 months . This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, professional, and experienced in preparing agendas and taking formal meeting minutes. The selected candidate will support several meetings throughout the month and will be responsible for ensuring accurate documentation and timely distribution of meeting materials. The Administrative Coordinator will provide essential organizational, clerical, and logistical support to formal committees and planning meetings. This role includes preparing and distributing meeting agendas, capturing accurate and comprehensive meeting minutes, and ensuring administrative processes are handled in accordance with Robert's Rules of Order . Key Responsibilities Prepare, format, and distribute meeting agendas, supporting documents, and meeting materials. Attend official meetings and record clear, accurate, and impartial meeting minutes. Maintain organized records of meeting documents, decisions, and action items. Support administrative processes related to committees, councils, and stakeholder meetings. Ensure meeting documentation follows formal procedures, including Robert's Rules of Order. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders in a professional and confidential manner. Qualifications Experience preparing agendas and taking formal meeting minutes, preferably in a governmental, nonprofit, board, or committee setting. Strong working knowledge of Robert's Rules of Order and formal meeting procedures. Excellent written communication, organization, and attention to detail. Ability to work professionally with diverse stakeholders and handle sensitive discussions with discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom. Ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining high-quality documentation.

$20.00 per hour
